Casablanca

This city is the main urban area in northern Morocco and the main airport for all international flights. We arrived mid-morning and met Mohamed, our guide and host for the time we are here, then went directly to the Hassan II Mosque. It is the largest mosque on the African continent and the third largest in the world. Perched on the edge of the ocean,  https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=14isRe7_7PivJabJPunphZ2bm07_U-Onzhttps://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=1p3ZPdjBMmAVgskvCRWjXGU452Lj_bQnF
The minaret towers over the area and the details of carving and painted designs are intricate everywhere.
We explored the museum and artisan’s school within the mosque, then had our first Moroccan meal. Tonight we spend in Rabat and explore the capital city a bit before heading to our home base in Azrou tomorrow.
